2. Client-Provided Materials

All standard audiovisual packages are based on materials supplied by the client. Clients are responsible for providing the videos, photographs, brand logos, graphics, written content, and other resources required for production.

Scope Exclusions Notice

On-site filming, professional photography sessions, travel, equipment rental, and in-person production services are not included in the standard package prices.

Clients must ensure that all submitted materials are of sufficient quality and that they hold the necessary permissions and legal rights for commercial use.

These additional services may be quoted separately upon request.

3. Payment & Order Confirmation

All package prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Production Eligibility Criteria

Payment confirmation alone does not automatically initiate the production timeline.

A project becomes eligible to begin only after full payment has been successfully confirmed, all required source materials have been received, and the client has provided the creative brief.

Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before checkout confirmation.

Expedited delivery option

Production timelines vary depending on the purchased package, project complexity, content requirements, and workload. Schedules begin once all prerequisite materials and instructions are confirmed.

Certain projects may qualify for delivery within 72 hours, provided this timeframe has been expressly confirmed in the package description.
